To prepare

Simply preheat the oven to 180°C and pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl. Then add 200ml of cold water, mix and let sit for five minutes. Transfer the mix into the provided baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown. If you desire a crunchier bake, leave it for a little longer. Allow it to cool before slicing and serving it. In under an hour you will have a scrumptious nut roast ready to dig into.

Can I freeze the nut roast once cooked?

Yes, Artisan Grain nut roasts can be frozen after being cooked and cooled but it might make them a little bit dry. Once cooked, if kept in the fridge they will last up to three days and if kept in the freezer they last up to a month. It is recommended that you reheat it fully and that the nut roast is piping hot before consuming.
