Biona has its own roasting facilities in their factory to roast the sweet almonds. After roasting, they can quickly grind the nuts until they turn into a fine paste. The paste then heads straight off to packing. No more adding sugar or salt - what we get is pure and smooth almond butter that tastes just like nature intended it to.

Almond butter can be used just like any other nut butter. For breakfast, spread some sweet almond butter on your favourite toasted bread. You can also add a generous spoonful of this liven up porridge or in a batch of overnight oats.
