Cooking Instructions
For sweet and sour tofu, chop some extra firm tofu into large chunks and fry until crispy on each edge then cover in Bay’s Kitchen’s Sweet and Sour Stir-In Sauce.
Put the chunks on a skewer and cook in the oven on a tray at 200°C / 180°C fan for 5 mins.
Top with sesame seeds and some chopped fresh coriander.
Serve with rice.
