Cooking Instructions
For a sweet potato katsu curry, preheat the oven to 200°C /220°C/gas mark 7.
Slice a big sweet potato into 1cm thick slices, dip in flour, then vegan milk, and finally panko breadcrumbs.
Bake on a lined baking tray for 10 - 15 mins on each side until golden.
Heat Bay’s Kitchen’s Katsu Curry Stir-In Sauce in a pan then split the potatoes between 2 plates, top with the sauce and serve with rice and top with some freshly chopped coriander.
