Chickpeas and potato make this curry filling and satisfying and the creamed coconut creates that velvety texture we all love from Thai cuisine. Other spices include turmeric, cumin, fenugreek and ginger so it is quite similar to Massaman curry.

Cooking Instructions

Heat to at least 75C for 2 minutes in a pan or in the microwave in a microwaveable bowl. Serve with basmati rice for a special meal in just minutes!
