Cooking Instructions

Empty falafel mix into a bowl

Add 135ml water and mix with a spoon until combined

Leave to stand for 5 minutes

Divide mixture into 12 falafel balls or 6 mini falafel burgers

Fry in hot oil for 30 seconds until the outside is golden and crispy

Drain off excess oil and serve hot 

Serve in a pitta or wrap with salad and hummus or pickles and enjoy
