Booja Booja products are 100% vegan, so worry not, the honeycomb used here is completely honey-free and Vegan Society approved! Booja Booja’s wonderful honeycomb flavour is achieved by combining sugars and sodium bicarbonate. 

Firstly, cane sugar and coconut syrup are mixed together and heated. When this mixture is just the right temperature, sodium bicarbonate is added. As the mixture cools down the ingredients react together and leave air bubbles inside the toffee. 

The result? That iconic open, airy, and crunchy texture we all know and love!
