1 cup Biona Risotto Black & White Rice
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced

4 cups vegetable broth
1/2 cup dry white wine (optional)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
