Biona Organic White Tahini is high in fibre and packed with protein, manganese, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin B1 and zinc. While Biona Organic White Tahini is an essential ingredient in dips like Baba Ghanoush, it is also great drizzled over falafel or even used as a spread in a sandwich.

As it contains no palm oil or emulsifiers, the seed oil can become separated – this is perfectly natural, and giving it a good stir will make it nice and creamy again.

Yes, Biona Organic White Tahini can be used to make delicious sweet treats and desserts!

We recommend mixing it with Sojade’s Organic Greek Style Unsweetened Soya Yogurt and Biona’s Organic Agave Light Syrup (mix loosely for a marble effect) and pouring it into a baking tray so that it covers the tray and is about 1cm deep. Then sprinkle fresh raspberries on top of the tahini, yoghurt and agave mixture and place the tray in the freezer. Leave for two hours until half-frozen and cut into squares. Place back in the freezer until solid and enjoy as a delicious frozen pudding.
