Product overview

Amaizin rice paper sheets are 100% organic, wheat, gluten and dairy-free, a delicacy for everyone to enjoy! They’re great for making Vietnamese snacks and appetisers. But if you think that’s all they can do, think again!

Traditionally, rice paper sheets are used to make Vietnamese summer rolls, Bánh Tráng. This is one of the easiest and delicious recipes, and you can put pretty much anything in it. Tofu, noodles, raw veg and avocado, they all taste like an absolute delight!

But they’re also great for making sushi, spin-off prawn crackers or filled with chocolate and coconut stuffing for a sweet dessert. Or you can even make a rice-paper dumpling inspired dish!

So if you fancy something a little bit different, give this hot number a shot!

Frequently Asked Questions

What can you make with Amaizin’s Organic Rice Paper?

If you’re stuck for ideas when thinking what you can do with rice paper, we have the perfect solution. You can make pretty much anything and stuff it into rice paper. All the taste is in the dipping sauce, too. Just stuff it, roll it and enjoy!

Recipe for a simple summer roll:
Grab a carrot, spring onion, courgette, pepper, some spinach and half an avocado. Slice them up into thin batons of around 15 cm long.
Rehydrate the rice paper by adding to a plate of lukewarm water and soaking until soft.
Remove from water and add a little of each ingredient, don’t forget the avo!
This is where the skill is needed - roll up and try not to break!

We recommend dipping it into a homemade delicious satay dipping sauce. That salty-peanut-y taste is always a people-pleaser! Our mouths are watering already!

pretty easy to use

Wanted to make Vietnamese summer rolls. Was surprised how simple it was, though it's a bit tricky trying to get the technique right (mine looked pretty wonky at first!). These had a nice chewy texture and i filled them with vermicelli, tofu and veggies for some pretty good vegan summer rolls.
