Cooking Instructions

In a wok or large pan, heat some vegetable or coconut oil.

Fry off a large tablespoon of paste then add a can of coconut milk. 

Bring this to a simmer then add your veg of choice. Popular choices in this curry often include potatoes or sweet potatoes.

Once the veg is tender, serve with rice and some chopped peanuts as a garnish.
