Use Barenaked Rice the way you would use any other rice! It’s a great base for your favourite vegan curries, stews and stir-fries. Here at PlantX, we think it tastes great with a chickpea, spinach and sweet potato curry.
To prepare the rice, open the packet and drain the water. Rinse rice under cold water, then either microwave the rice for 2 minutes or throw the rice into a hot pan and cook for three minutes. Simple and delicious!
