Frequently Asked Questionsh
My Amaizin Organic Rich Coconut Milk has separated into a liquid and solid. Is it still okay to use?
When stored at cooler temperatures, Amaizin Organic Rich Coconut Milk can separate into white creamy coconut solids and a translucent coconut liquid. This is completely normal and both parts can still be used in your recipe.
Shake, stir or heat the milk before use and it should become smooth and combined again. Or you can simply scoop out the solids from the tin and add them straight to your soup or curry, along with the liquid.
