Can I wash fruit & veg with Ecover Zero Washing Up Liquid? 

While Ecover Zero Washing Up Liquid is perfect for washing dishes, it is not recommended for washing fruit and veg. In fact, you should never wash your fruit & veg with any washing up liquid.

This is because fruit and veg have porous surfaces that will absorb the washing up liquid formula, which is not intended for consumption. Giving your fruits and veggies a good scrub in pure cold water should be enough to get rid of any mud or debris! 

Kitchenware, on the other hand, is non-porous so will not absorb any washing up liquid. Remember to rinse away the suds before placing your dishes on the drying rack.
